Miscarriage can be so hard to talk about. Great podcast.
So glad I found Tarinah. Miscarriage is the hardest battle I’ve ever faced - twice 1 and I walked through both losses feeling like no one really understood. I would have found so much comfort in having this as a resource during those seasons. Tarinah speaks to the grief honestly and with such care. If you’ve experienced loss, this podcast is the resource you didn’t know you needed.
I love how Tarinah processed her own loss with a desire to learn and help other women who have also gone through such pain. She gives such great practical information on your gut health is one of the keys to healthy hormone production. This podcast is such a great resource!
