Liz constantly uses some iteration of "dive in" or "season of life," and it drives me especially bonkers when she says "if you are listening" because of course we are listening or we wouldn't be hearing you in the first place. I have been listening to this podcast for a long time and I have gotten so much education and different perspectives from Liz and all the guests that come on. I love that Liz works hard to have highly educated guests to really expose her listeners to different views and discussions. I am in my 2nd pregnancy and have listened to this podcast since ttc with my first and I love all the information and resources that Liz talks about and all the great guests she brings on.
If you are a parent, you need to start listening to this podcast! Like from the very beginning. Liz is such a great host and so easy to listen to. I love the topics covered in this podcast and that everything is not only factual and informative but interesting as well. 5/5 recommend!
