Thank goodness for an English accent podcast. All the others seem to be USA accents. Thanks
Very usual to have these lectures online
I’ve found the first two sessions really helpful, especially considering the current situation we find ourselves in! It’s helped me find a greater sense of peace and calm some of my anxieties, really recommend to anyone wanting to do the same, or those that just want to find out what mindfulness actually is!
Particularly enjoyed the science mentioned in episode 2. Looking forward to the next episode.
