Such a great variety of wisdom, very interesting guests. I love this podcast very much and as a someone who study and teaches mindfulness, I get so much inspiration listening this podcast.🌟
I always enjoy listening to this podcast. Such great guests and insights here.
I love Sean Fargo! I used to love his meditations and the talks on his podcast. Then he changed the music and also added really intrusive commentary from some woman in the middle of the talks and at the beginning and end of the meditations. The music is fine at the beginning, and then becomes loud and annoying, and then downright anxiety producing (for me at least.) So I’m going elsewhere, with regrets.
