  • 100th Episode

Wow! What an eye opener. I’m am so thankful I listened to this episode. I do tend to eat fairly healthy and don’t drink alcohol or smoke but I know there are still some things I can do to fuel my body better! I loved the saying “your genetics load your gun your habits and lifestyle pull the trigger.” How true and a slap in the face for many to get going and change those habits for the better!! Thank you Mel!!!!!

As a woman nearing the age of 40, I have implemented so many lifestyle changes to live well as a result of the things I learn from Melissa on her podcast. I have dropped pounds on the scale but more importantly I have gained insight and tools to feel good with my gut health, sleep and energy. I am taking care of myself as well as my family. Thank you Melissa for giving tools that women of any age can implement.

  • easy listening and relatable advice

Melissa is a natural and has such a great voice and tone to listen to. She’s a ‘straight talker’ —— doesn’t fluff or sugar coat things, and you can tell she is so passionate about what she does. She’s got A LOT of great episodes, but her most recent 100th podcast, her mom’s story/her “why”, was so moving and can help put things into perspective. Definitely recommend listening if you get a chance!
