Alex gives incredible advice about screen time, and what really resonates with me is how it’s about being more intentional and present in your life- something we could all use more of! These are great, quick listens with actionable tips to help you live your best life! Great for young moms or anyone looking to be more intentional!
My favorite thing about learning from Alex is that she shares from a place of understanding that we all have different values, personalities, life situations, etc. that will affect our media and media management voices for both ourselves and our children, so she can be a guide to help us navigate our way to what works for us individually! I had the first of my six babies when smartphones and social media were pretty new- 14 years ago. I didn’t really know how to manage my time at all, let alone ... more
I love this podcast series. When I listen I feel identified with. Alex has great content and I’m excited every time I see a new episode. I would definitely recommend to any one that is a parent, is considering having kids, and to anyone that knows people with kids! Keep it up 🔥🔥🔥
There are so many feelings of guilt associated with screen time. I feel ashamed when people find out my kid sometimes has screen time. I feel guilt when I’m doing things I’d consider productive on my phone around my kid. Alex breaks things down simple and helps you let go of that “mom guilt.” She helps you redirect your mindset. This podcast is a must follow! Glad I found it.
Alex is relatable, realistic, and validates my feelings consistently. As a working professional in the tech industry who doesn’t have kids, I find value in listening to the powerful insights and relatable stories Alex shares.
She understands how difficult balancing media usage is in our generation and this podcast makes me feel better each time I tune in. Excited to continue listening as I navigate my own media usage journey moving forward.
