NO. Killer Nurse ep.3, the expert nurse was so wrong.
Ugh. Hard to listen to.
10cc of air DOES NOT “cause a heart attack”.
She says bags of Potassium Chloride are lying around and being injected with Potassium Chloride. NS an KCl and “water” aren’t lying around? Nope.

I continue listening to the show because I find it interesting, but I can barely tolerate one thing. The host, Dr. Michelle Ward, frequently gives her gratuitous and often ingratiating opinions (especially when she is commending the police work). She egregiously editorializes (i.e. “Wow. She’s evil”) to the point where I’m almost ready to give up. Please stop. Telling the story in an unbiased way would make it so much more appealing.
The “profiler” aspect is CSI nonsense.
Good topic and storytelling but lose the stupid tape recorder sound effects. They don’t add anything and nobody believes you’re using a 70s era recorder in the 90s or in 2025.

Not our churches, our schools, not our hospitals… our safe place... more
