  • Thoughtful, informative and intriguing

The first episode has me excited about future ones. I believe the culinary world is missing deeper conversations about our relationship with food (past and present), as well as thoughtful discussions around how we can rethink our approach to cooking and eating, as a respectful ritual towards our overall health and wellbeing. With that, I believe the title of this podcast is perfect and I look forward to future episodes.
