Q: How do you balance coaching, running, and building a new business?
I juggle coaching myself, track and strength sessions, and gradually develop Fueled Up Kitchen as a course-based program, with a long-term goal of offering meal-prep components and group options to help busy moms execute nutritious routines.
ERICA HOPPER: Mom of 4, Chef & Entrepreneur, Faster After 40!
Q: What major shift in nutrition changed your running performance?
The biggest shift was mindful alcohol consumption, a structured 30-day nutrition plan emphasizing timing and balance of carbs, protein, and fats, which stabilized energy and hormone balance, allowing better training quality and recovery.
