I have totally become obsessed with this podcast! The moms make me feel like I'm a part of something special as they let me into their group discussions not just about running , but the chaos of everyday life as a mama trying to reach her running and fitness goals!

As a fellow mother runner I am so enjoying this pod during my long runs and work commute. The ladies are so relatable and keep it REAL. I love their friendly banter and the content they cover - there is always something useful for me as a busy mom of 3 balancing a career, motherhood, and lofty running goals.
Love the topics covered and the info I get from this podcast! A podcast like this was so needed! However, the laughing and overly excited talking can make it really high pitched and difficult to listen to and it can be hard to decipher who is saying what.
There’s not much I can say besides that I love this podcast and the hosts so much.
