I recently got caught up on the newer episodes. Went back to 2021 when it was just Ed monologuing. Not great! The banter between Ed and Richard is what makes this show great.

Everyone now knows this podcast is a shill by out of touch guys. Last couple months prove it.
Half the time it’s really good and unique and clearly from two folks that have been in the game for a long time the other half the time and increasingly more it’s just an ad for Bilt. It’s hard to take it as unbiased anymore
Unfortunately, listening to richard Kerr blather on about Bilt all the time and his condescending tone but now after the Bilt Rewards complete failure, and they first thing say little about it and Richard pops back on and doesn’t have the integrity to talk about it. Tone deaf hosts time to move on
