作者介绍
平江不肖生（1889一1957），本名向恺然，现代著名武侠小说家，为20年代侠坛首座，领导南方武侠潮流。湖南平江人。他从小喜好文学、武术，两者均有深厚造诣。他曾两度赴日本留学，他文学和武术的事业都从这里开始。武术方面，他与日本柔术家、剑术家颇有交往，功夫大进，回国后参加过反袁运动和大革命，1932年回湖南创办国术训练所和国术俱乐部，是现代著名的武术活动家。他的武术理论功底也很深厚，著有《拳术见闻录》《拳术传薪录》《拳师言行录》、《拳经讲义》等专著。他的文学生涯，最初是在日本留学的时候，未进学校而日事浪游，对日本妓院（主要是低级妓院）和下层社会颇为熟悉，写成清末留日学生恶现状的谴责小说《留东外史》，但回国以后，书局仅仅允诺每千字给... more
