My name is Dr. John Watson, once of the British Army Northumberland Fusilier Regiment, now a true crime podcaster based in Central London. I don't have much experience in criminology, so this is mostly a record of how I met possibly the most brilliant and bizarre person I have ever (and will ever) know. Join me as I document the adventures of Sherlock Holmes. This podcast is property of Goalhanger... more

DEATH ON THE MOOR - I had made a catastrophic misjudgment. I had allowed Henry's desires and pleas to get the better of me. I released him onto the Moors. I had to find him before it was too late... a storm had hit and Henry wasn't alone out there. A... more
THE LIGHT ON THE TOR - I saw it with my own eyes, even though I'd scarce believed it with my own ears. It stood there in front of me, eyes, jowls, teeth all gleaming a piercing gold. It was the monstrous hound...

THE STAPLETONS OF MERRIPIT HOUSE - I was miserable and, despite the company, I felt totally alone. The absence of Sherlock Holmes and a recent illness to Mariana was leaving me feeling very exposed. That isolation and the darkness of the Moors was dr... more
BASKERVILLE HALL - We arrived in Dartmoor and the chilling chasm that was Baskerville Hall. It was time to begin our work, firstly with Frank and then Rosemary Barrymore. The Housekeeper and the Underkeeper... But our first night began with an ill-ju... more

Lots of similarities to the Cumberbatch reboot in the 2010’s but still soars on its own. Excellent rapport between Watson and Holmes that is both evocative of the original yet modernized. Loads of fun - highly recommended.
The mysteries are as simple basic and somewhat boring as you can get, conservative. I’m sure better as a patreon member due to editing then volume issues with ads. Most annoying thing about the show, the beat a bit into the ground like the walk running sound to open a door, a gunshot over and over or a doorbell over and over. The basic humor they run it into the ground. Show has potential and people love it according to ratin; it’s a show to numb out to, maybe sleep but not to solve.
Can’t wait for the full ten to drop, and I know I could get them all now but then there will be a huge gap until the next, much rather have the joy of looking forward to them than the pain of the long wait
I love this. I love this. I love this. I love it so much I’ve listened to every podcast around 3 times. It’s like they took they took the most well known book, and somehow dove deeper. It hooked me within minutes. I feel like all they could improve on is the name, for me Sherlock & Co. is missing the Watson?, everyone loves him so where is he. Apart from that I loved this and I love this and all I can say is one more episode!!!
Love this pod sm! It’s become my favorite very quickly and I love iiitttttt ❤️❤️❤️❤️
