I was looking for more podcasts that were clean. It was hard. I had listened to all of the GenZ media podcasts and a few other ones and then I FINALLY found Limelight!!
Limelight always seems like it’s an engaging show but ends up with some of the worst and half-baked endings that disappoint and really make you unsubscribe. The Wild valley in particular, the horrible apologetic for white supremacy and deeply propagandist. Just skip this dreck.
Wow! Just wow!
AGAIN….. please no adverts in the middle of the piece…. It ruins the flow!
I listened to all five episodes on the BBC platform. It’s excellent - very atmospheric, well-acted, good characters, interesting plot. Ratings for Wolf Valley should not be tied to ratings for Spore. Each show should be separate otherwise the Spore ratings will drag down WV.

A rich mix of fiction and drama serialized storytelling with a strong emphasis on atmosphere, character-driven conflict, and twisty plotting. Across episodes, listeners tend to highlight cinematic sound design, dense narratives, and bold storytelling choices that blend personal relationships with larger thematic currents like politics, corporate intrigue, and societal tensions. The format often leans into long-form arcs and episodic mysteries, making it appealing to fans of immersive audio drama and serialized suspense. Notable strengths likely include high production value, ambitious ranges of genres, and a willingness to push narrative boundaries, which can be a draw for listeners seeking premium audio storytelling.
