  • Great content, please fix your sound

I’m a huge fan of your book and I love your content. However, it is really difficult to listen to a podcast when there is such a disparity in the level of sound coming from you versus your guest. I’m currently listening to the episode regarding the heart, but I literally have to turn the volume up when you speak and down when he speaks. Hoping you can fix this for future episodes.🙏

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Is illness a path to awakening? As bedridden scientist's awareness shifts, remarkable healing follows.
Q: If you could go back in time with no health issues at all, would you choose to redo this journey?
No; the journey itself is valuable, and illness became a path to awakening and a deeper sense of purpose and spirituality; losing that would mean losing the growth gained through adversity.
Is illness a path to awakening? As bedridden scientist's awareness shifts, remarkable healing follows.
Q: What do you experience viscerally when you do the mantras?
A mix of energetic sensations and practical somatic observations, including warmth, heart-centered energy, and a sense of releasing blockages that correspond to different chakras or bodily regions, helping align body and mind.
The Truth About HPV Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You
Q: What health myth do you wish would disappear forever?
It's the myth that it's not possible to get rid of HPV.
Why Your Blood Pressure, Hormones & Metabolism Won’t Fix Themselves
Q: Why do you think this molecule is still so overlooked in mainstream medicine?
It's often overlooked because allopathic physicians tend to treat what they can measure, and since nitric oxide itself isn't easily measurable, it's underappreciated in standard medical practice.
Why Your Blood Pressure, Hormones & Metabolism Won’t Fix Themselves
Q: Can you walk us through what that might, how it might manifest clinically in somebody, how somebody might feel with a nitric oxide deficiency?
Nitric oxide deficiency might first manifest as erectile dysfunction, followed by high blood pressure, metabolic disease, exercise intolerance, and cognitive decline.
