Reviews

4.1 out of 5 stars from 7 ratings
  • New to metabolic testing

Enjoying the show. Particularly enjoyed the recent episode on going back to the basics. As someone that’s relatively new to this, I think it would be a good episode to review typical errors while administering a test. Again, I think doing episodes that assume someone is new to Korr testing as appropriate.

  • Missed Opportunity

Great topic but I listened to the entire podcast and did not hear any specifics on how to interpret a VO2 test to determine zone 2 nor anything about RER. It was mostly just a cheerleading discussion without the essential information…both podcasters seem knowledgeable and perhaps they can revisit the topic with more details.
