Great topic but I listened to the entire podcast and did not hear any specifics on how to interpret a VO2 test to determine zone 2 nor anything about RER. It was mostly just a cheerleading discussion without the essential information…both podcasters seem knowledgeable and perhaps they can revisit the topic with more details.
This is an excellent podcast! Metabolic testing has made a huge impact in my life and in the lives of my clients, and the hosts of the show do a great job of breaking down the science of why it can be so impactful!
