I absolutely love the show and learn something new from every episode!
Just a quick suggestion on the editing side: I've noticed that sometimes when the guest and the host speak simultaneously, there's a bit of an overlap, causing an echo from the guest’s mic. Maybe your editors could select mono audio to help avoid this.

Work on making it shorter and compact, that way we get more out of the content within a short time. 2hr+ per episode is just way too long for a podcast. Aim for 25-45mins long episodes.
