骨格の調整は手技療法の真骨頂なのですが、
テクニックは多方面に分化している。
人間には大小200本以上の骨が存在している。
だから
骨の数だけ数多くのテクニックが存在している。
そして
骨格調整の専門家は2つに区分される。
①「骨を動かせる専門家」
②「動かせない専門家」
どちらが正しいのか？
考えてみたい。
経済状況が不景気になると必ず整体の広告が増えてきます。
コレは消費者の財産をあの手この手で掠め取る詐欺手法です。
対策は難しいので、頭の隅に置いて騙されないで下さいね。
背スジの見方
1.猫背姿勢
2.側弯姿勢
3.不撓姿勢
この3つの姿勢を組み合わせた姿勢が
個人個人異なるので
十人十色の姿勢となります。
不良姿勢の修正法
1.悪いと思える姿勢を今すぐ止めること
2.姿勢に負担のかかる作業をひと工夫すること
3.とりあえず背伸びすること
突き指の処置はRICEの法則に基づいて行います。
R→rest:安静
I→Icing:冷却
C→compression:圧迫
E→elevation:挙上
押圧式スラスト法は単純明快なテクニックですので
是非、使ってみて下さい。
1.患部を手掌で包み込む
2.患部のズレを特定する
3.患部のズレを整えるように押圧する
4.患部をテーピング補強する
5.患部のアイシングをする

地球を取り巻く宇宙環境の現在を知ることができます。
それを踏まえて、地球環境について考える時代が来たようです。
神経痛の原因はほとんどが不明です。
しかし、
考えられる理由が2つ存在します。
①神経自体に問題アリ
②神経を取り巻く組織に問題アリ
天気と細胞の関係は
①高気圧→細胞が縮小する
②低気圧→細胞が膨張する
だから
神経痛が楽になったり、
辛くなったりするのです。
50肩の治し方には3つの段階があります。 第１段階→関節の正常化（回復力50%以上） 第2段階→筋肉の正常化（回復力60%以上） 第3段階→運動の再教育（回復力50%以下）
