  • Practical AND evidence-based

Each episode that I have listened to provides practical, reasonable information. It’s not watered down, but it also helps people get out of the weeds (which I admit, I sometimes tend to do ). I am an OT and I will recommend this to all of my clients who are interested in health and wellness and sound, doable nutrition.
