Listened to part 1 of mastering the marathon, found it to be very informative. Both Matt and his guest were very knowledgeable, providing a wealth of information (both evidence based and from personal experience), but presented in an easy to understand and entertaining manner. I’m looking forward to future episodes. I would be interested in episodes dedicated to nutrition/hydration, supplements, and effective use of training aids.
