  • Mars Rocks!

If you’re a fan of hard rock and metal, this is the show for you. My favorite episodes are the album review shows where Victor and Jeremy discuss the music released in the previous month. I have become a fan of so many new bands because of Signals from Mars. Victor also helps me stay on top of new releases from bands I’m already a fan of. Sure it costs me money buying a lot of new music, but is that a bad thing?

Greyhawk

The process involved an open audition where Anthony stood out quickly due to his work ethic, vocal talent, and compatibility with the band, leading to him becoming the frontman after an efficient selection phase.
Greyhawk
Q: When writing this album, how much did having a new singer and Anthony Corso affect how you guys were writing these songs?
Anthony brought a different vocal approach and the band had to pivot to fit his higher-register style while staying true to Greyhawk's core sound, which involved balancing new vocal textures with the band's established melodic identity.
Hoexed
Q: How did the band approach the decision to join Relapse Records, and what has that relationship been like?
Relapse reached out after hearing their self-released EP; the band found the label's support and creative alignment refreshing, with Relapse allowing them to pursue their vision without notes.
Hoexed
Q: What impact did April have in the studio, and how did her involvement change the sound?
April brought a powerful new energy, range, and harsh vocal textures that elevated the songs and reduced pressure on other members to carry everything on their own.
Hoexed
Q: How long did the recording process take, and did the band anticipate such a quick final pass?
They recorded the album in eight days, aiming to be efficient since the parts were already written and prepped beforehand.
