  • Best companion for your long runs

This podcast is the highlight of my running week. Tim and Andy regularly have me chuckling whilst I run along getting bemused looks from those I’m running past. Two very relatable perspectives on running which keep me coming back week after week. Keep up the great work guys.

  • Great relaxed Pidcast

Just a great podcast, I like the fact they guys don’t talk about how and when you should run, what cadence/speed/different runs you should do etc. it’s just like listening to a couple of blokes having a chat in a pub about running who probably wouldn’t mind if you joined the conversation. 🏃💪. Love the humour and different like minded guests. Keep it up!

  • Why isn’t this an award winning podcast!

This isn't just a podcast; it’s two blokes actively de-mystifying the art of putting one foot in front of the other until you hurt. Marmcast is the perfect antidote to the overly earnest, preachy running content out there. The hosts have chemistry that crackles, and their brilliant, self-deprecating banter makes you realize that everyone—even people who talk about running for a living—is just winging it.

It's genuinely informative, yes, but mostly it's just hilarious. They manage to make PB talk... more

  • Thunderbox Fun!

Tim and Andy are the Ant & Dec — or perhaps more accurately, the Morecambe and Wise — of the running world. Their banter is always fun, even if it occasionally wanders off-topic from running events to parkruns. Keep up the great work, lads!
