Just a great podcast, I like the fact they guys don’t talk about how and when you should run, what cadence/speed/different runs you should do etc. it’s just like listening to a couple of blokes having a chat in a pub about running who probably wouldn’t mind if you joined the conversation. 🏃💪. This isn't just a podcast; it’s two blokes actively de-mystifying the art of putting one foot in front of the other until you hurt. Marmcast is the perfect antidote to the overly earnest, preachy running content out there.
