本集主持人陳建宏專訪吳妙真，妙真去年和朋友去走了一趟四十幾天的聖雅各朝聖之路，在山隊裡有勇咖的美稱。這一次在『視障登山大小事』系列將和大家分享她如何從日常鍛鍊延伸到艱難的山路。
妙真說：「視障生活裡，能控制自己的身體是一種安穩。」健康靠自己：視障生活裡的身體練習並不是為了達到某個運動目標，而是為了讓日常更能安心行走。
