This podcast is gold for a variety of breastfeeding topics. I have found particular value in the stories of mothers who have breastfed during pregnancy, tandem fed, and/or breastfed a child into the toddler or preschool years. So helpful and relaxing to listen to
I’m so happy I found this podcast. There are so many stories and so much advice for all stages. I’m currently wanting to wean and I am listening to so many episodes that are so helpful.

A practical, empathetic show focused on breastfeeding across the entire journey—from early latch and establishing feeding to weaning, tandem feeding, and managing extended breastfeeding. Episodes frequently mix evidence-based guidance with real-family stories, including work-life balance, hospital experiences, and medical or logistical challenges (tongue-tie, allergies, IGT, HG). A standout feature is its long-form coaching style, where the host leans into emotional labor, parental fatigue, and flexible, child-led strategies, making it a valuable resource for parents, clinicians, and peer supporters seeking concrete, compassionate tactics.
Notable strengths include a wealth of diverse guest experiences (healthcare professionals, new mother... more
