I’m new to this podcast, but I’m so glad I found it. As someone who is in menopause and simultaneously feels like she’s in the prime of her life, this is exactly the midlife content I need.
I first learned about this podcast when I was invited to speak and be a Guest on the show. I always make sure that I listen to any podcast that I may be a guest on so that I can really get a feel for it. And an understanding of where the host is coming from and what the content is all about.
