Since being diagnosed with CFS & FMS fifteen years ago, this is the first time I’ve heard ‘cognitive pacing’ being mentioned and I couldn’t agree more.

  • I love this podcast! This is so important and necessary. I have complex overlapping health conditions, including long covid and ME/CFS. What you're able to talk about and explore with researchers and other professionals in these fields of work is fascinating and helps me feel like someone still cares even when it usually feels like some of the doctors and other medical professionals I come into contact with don't seem to know what to say or do with me! Please keep it up, and thank you so much!
