I lived on Mackinac Island from the time. I was nine until I was nearly 12. My dad worked for Arnold Boat Line and I attended school for fourth, most of fifth and all of sixth grades. I had a wonderful friends and a great education and a good time. Living there was like a dream I would move back in a heart beat. Listening to the podcast really brings back some very good memories. I highly recommend it.

He is not promoting a tourist attraction; he is promoting a chosen unique, life style stemming from heritage and pride for a community. It is a true blessing to listen a... more
