有時候我們不是不快樂，只是我們好像一直在過生活，卻不在自己的生活裡。這集想聊一種很微妙的狀態，你明明在做很多事情，但有一部分的自己，好像沒有真的在裡面。我先前覺得旅遊會讓我感到放鬆、快樂，甚至是一種「幸福感」但近期我有了一些新看法。反而是在某一個很普通的瞬間，風吹過來、什麼都沒有在想的時候，我才突然覺得，我好像回到自己的生活裡:)
