有時候我們不是不快樂，只是我們好像一直在過生活，卻不在自己的生活裡。這集想聊一種很微妙的狀態，你明明在做很多事情，但有一部分的自己，好像沒有真的在裡面。我先前覺得旅遊會讓我感到放鬆、快樂，甚至是一種「幸福感」但近期我有了一些新看法。反而是在某一個很普通的瞬間，風吹過來、什麼都沒有在想的時候，我才突然覺得，我好像回到自己的生活裡:)
有些我們曾經很渴望的東西，其實已經在我們的生活裡了，只是我們沒有回頭看。
我們不會去談如何避開「痛苦和低谷」，因為無法避開，但「如何感到幸福」是可以刻意發現和學習的，無論你是在困難還是幸福的時候。
我覺得幸福不是等來的，是你有沒有能力看見它。
很多時候不是你沒有幸福，是你沒有在那一刻裡:)

當一個人開始替你下定義的時候，他其實已經停止理解了。
