Loved how this episode focused on simple ways to improve health by rethinking everyday habits and screen time. The ideas shared felt easy to apply, and the whole discussion was such a refreshing listen.
I have been following Alexx for many years since doing her Low Tox course around 12 years ago. This course changed our lives after Alexx taught us how to help eliminate asthma triggers from our then 2 year old daughter’s life (who is now 14 and for many year’s been symptom free.) This podcast brings together all the experts in all the fields and I eat it up each week. So informative in such an open and non-judgy way (which is the only way Alexx seems to work.) I can’t recommend enough!
This used to be a brilliant podcast. It was evidence spaced, and interviewed people at the forefront of creating products, services, and campaigns that helped us reduce our toxic lode and live more in harmony with the planet. It has now delve into quackery. I have been dipping in and out for the last few months but when the episode on astrology came up, that was the end for me. Bring back the brilliant episodes about limiting toxins from our homes, foods, mines, and how to live more in tune with... more
One of the biggest things I appreciate about this podcast is how Alexx and her guests present information in a way that is not rooted in fear. Often times the “non toxic” community can take an alarmist approach which is very unhealthy in it’s own right. But Alexx shares actionable information in a way that is digestible and accessible. Thank you for your work, Alexx!
One of my favourite people/podcasts to listen to. Love Alexx’s curiosity!
