  • So relatable

As someone who is constantly overextending myself to take care of others, I found this show so incredibly helpful! I loved the episode on being kind vs codependent. It resonated a lot with me and made me realize I need to make some changes. Definitely will be listening to more episodes!

  • Great advice for non-moms too!

I’m not a mom but I do tend to overextend myself with friends, family & co-workers due to the perception that I have more time & energy without kids. Susie’s episode about “caring for everyone but yourself” felt like a deep inhale & exhale - realizing that self neglect and putting our needs last can also put our own health at risk. This podcast is so empowering and educational!

However coincidentally, I was actually able to take a lot from the episode I happened to pick: “3 Habits That Keep You Stuck After Narcissistic abuse”. By examining not just my past relationships but those of some people who I know have gone through that experience, I was able to see immediate relevan... more
