  • This podcast is helping me save my relationship

After listening to the series on love in limbo, I’ve been able to approach space with empathy, compassion, and a renewed sense of self. It got me through the immediate heartbreak and emotional storm and into a place of understanding and security. I know there’s a mountain still ahead but I feel so much more prepared to tackle it now.

  • Very centered on their own experience

I sometimes listen to non therapists with the thought of gaining insight from others that have gone through a similar situation and what helped. Estrangement episode talked about their own family experience in depth which involved no estrangement. No need to add and amplify a personal story that doesn’t add to the topic of discussion.

Q: Why do people say things in space and separation but almost never follow through?
