  • First ten minutes of chatting? Ugh

    These guys spent the first ten min of their creatine episode just chatting about nothing. Then they get into the topic. But even more annoying is that one of them says he is given the topic just before the recording and how he quickly opens up various tabs of fast research. What??? If I'm listening to a podcast I want expert advice from people on the know! I can search the web in my own. Very disappointed,

  • Well Balanced Perspective on Health!

    This is my favorite health related podcast because Chaz is super knowledgeable and offers such a balanced perspective on health. The difference episodes cover both the technical side of nutrition/fitness/lifting, but he seems to also really value the mental/hormonal side of being a truly healthy person. I love learning from him!
