Without a doubt this mother is a monster. But social services has a lot to answer for here. They were supposed to be Logan‘s advocate. Doesn’t seem to me like they did anything. This cannot be blamed on the mother alone there are many people who share the blame who actually get paid to make sure these things don’t happen
it’s really weird abt hearing something abt where i grew up and where i live. monty clem went to my school and my dad knows him which i think is super cool
I could have put up with the terrible sound quality of the interviews and unreasonably loud background sound effects, but I drew the line at the narrator's own god-awful sound effects. It sounded like he was sucking on a lozenge and aggressively swallowing back saliva and losing his breath and grunting. The noises were so loud and into the mic I was actually shuddering and I just couldn't make it through the first episode.
I really enjoyed the narrators voice and that the story was well told, no ads and no personal opinion. Just the facts.
On the story itself I can’t believe all the warning signs and red flags on the situation these children where in especially Logan only to be let down by all of them. From her adoptive parents to all her husbands and boyfriends who saw red flags. No one stepped in and prevented this tragedy from occurring.
A very well made podcast about heartbreaking story. Another child let down by the system and the people in his life.
