  • Skins fans gather round.

David Harrison is legit. His research is next level. His takes are dead on and professional. Is an easy listen but it’s dense at times for real football fans.

Journalism is supposed to be giving the facts and presenting both sides of the story. These guys are just mouthpieces of their team. Most of these guys don’t attend practices, have access to the locker room and don’t go to press conferences. None of them have credible sources around the NFL. I have stopped listening because I can’t learn anything here.

  • Good Show

I like the show, but would like to see more trade ideas allowing us to keep day 2 capital. My Ideal draft would include trading a player for a second round pick. Go for Sonny Styles, Zachariah Branch, and Connor Lew in the first 3 rounds.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

TUNSIL PLAN: Commanders Turn To Brandon Coleman At Left Tackle
Q: What led to moving Brandon Coleman to left tackle?
The decision followed Laremy Tunsil's torn triceps injury and ongoing recovery, with coaching staff deciding Coleman had the athleticism and experience to protect Jayden Daniels' blind side and stabilize the line.
UPSIDE: Commanders Young Core Has Pro Bowl Paths Beyond Jayden Daniels
Q: Who could be the fantasy RB1 and how should owners approach the running back group for the Commanders in 2026?
The host suggests Rashad White currently has the edge for RB1 due to availability and three-down potential, while noting Bill (Bill) could challenge if he proves three-down ability, making it a dynamic committee rather than a single clear lead back.
SHOWDOWN: Brandon Aiyuk, 49ers Still Feel Headed Toward Washington Commanders Split
Q: Can Brandon Aiyuk actually be released without setting foot in the 49ers facility?
Yes, the host explains that release can occur independent of reinstatement, as teams may part ways based on contractual rights, with reinstatement timelines affecting when rosters can be officially adjusted.
OTAs FIRST LOOK: Commanders Jayden Daniels Getting COMFORTABLE Under Center | Sonny Styles & Mariota
Q: Marcus, how do you feel like it's going so far with the transition to under center?
Marcus Mariota says it's been great, but not easy; the transition requires turning your back to the defense and improving handoffs and pattern recognition, which he's observed Jayden Daniels working through with patience and practice.
UNFINISHED: Commanders Luke McCaffrey GROWTH Benefits from David Blough; JUSTIFIES Patience
Q: Who is more likely to be their green dot linebacker this season, and how will the defense adjust with new coaching?
The host speculates that Sonny Styles, Frankie Luvu, or Nick Cross are in the running for the green dot, noting that the green dot is primarily about relaying plays and that the defense should adapt with leadership from the new coaching staff and updated personnel.
