  • Great podcast

To anyone saying there are too many ads, HE LITERALLY STATES THAT THERE ARE N.O. A.D.S. ON AMAZON PRIME. If you don’t want ads, listen to it on Amazon Prime. If not, quit complaining and basing their review on it. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Provides great analysis. While I wish there was less ads and mentions of the military - I understand where he’s coming from and the need for revenue. Local reporting is a wilting commodity nowadays and they need financial support. Save Gaza and end all genocides (Palestine, Sudan, Myanmar)

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Mansoor Delane and Dani Dennis-Sutton are the PERFECT Draft Duo
Q: If Sonny Styles is available at seven, would you take him over other top targets?
Yes, Sonny Styles is highly valued for his versatility at linebacker/safety, but the decision depends on the overall team fit and what is available at 71.
Dan Quinn Reveals the Plan for Brandon Coleman & the Commanders Front
Q: What is the likelihood Brandon Coleman becomes a center this off-season?
Dan Quinn indicated there is an open path but the default plan is for Coleman to start at left guard, with center consideration only if it benefits the group.
BALANCED OFFENSE: Washington Commanders to INCREASE 12 Personnel Usage With Chig Okonkwo in 2026
Q: What are the contract implications if the Commanders trade for Brandon Aiyuk and how would that affect cap space in 2026 and beyond?
Aiyuk's 2026 cap hit would be about $1.3 million non-guaranteed base salary plus a $100k workout bonus; 2027-2028 numbers could rise significantly, but there would be no dead cap, allowing renegotiation or release with flexibility depending on how the trade is structured.
BALANCED OFFENSE: Washington Commanders to INCREASE 12 Personnel Usage With Chig Okonkwo in 2026
Q: With Chig Okonkwo added to the roster this season, how much 12-personnel should we expect?
Expect roughly a third of offensive plays (about 33% to 36%) to come from 12-personnel, with increased usage on first downs and a focus on balanced pass/run distribution rather to optimize under the new QB and OC setup.
POWER PLAY: Commanders SET to SHAKE Up 2026 NFL With Aggressive Free Agency Strategy!
Q: How will the cap space be used in free agency without overpaying top-tier players?
The discussion centers on leveraging cap space to secure multiple solid contributors rather than chasing a few mega deals, focusing on role players who fit the scheme and allow for future flexibility, including potential extensions and strategic restructures.
