Mike and Dave are great hosts but this show needs to be available EVERY weekday morning at the same time. There is no consistency regarding when the latest podcast is available. You want to train your listeners to expect to see a new pod every morning at the same time. By doing so your pod becomes part of our daily routine. If your pods are not there consistently we are forced to look elsewhere. The content is great but you need to provide it consistently!
