Is a good listen most of the time , just the fake laughing cuts through my headphones and gets annoying, other than is good especially if you interested in the Tameside area
I only started to listen to the podcast when I saw people at Parkrun sporting the tops, vests and hoodies. I have loved every episode and always look forward to the next one!
Came to this podcast late, only finding it in 2025. Absolutely fantastic source of knowledge and entertainment for the local running community. Have learnt plenty of tips for my own running, in addition to finding the presenters really relatable and amusing. Well into the challenge of listening to the 100+ back episodes!
Love hearing the stories, training travails and chat from runners of all abilities around the North West (England). Great company on my long runs!
My go to running podcast that brings awareness to the local and UK running scene. The presenters are funny and super engaging, always making time for questions. Give it a listen
