    Came to this podcast late, only finding it in 2025. Absolutely fantastic source of knowledge and entertainment for the local running community. Have learnt plenty of tips for my own running, in addition to finding the presenters really relatable and amusing. Well into the challenge of listening to the 100+ back episodes!
