  • Fantastic accompaniment for long runs

    Absolutely love this podcast, the range of guests is fantastic: from club members to elite athletes with the hosts themselves Aldi offering insight into their own training and sharing tips on all things running, nutrition, kit, races and recovery

    The hosts are friendly and supportive too and often seen at races across the northwest
