You provide very interesting and pertinent information however, the podcast should be 15-20 minutes max instead of nearly an hour. So much repetitive info that it is almost unlistenable.

Lots of great stuff here but this episode really spoke to me. I use to hike a lot until my knee just got to painful to do descents. I got into bike packing and discovered outdoor vitals. The loftek jacket won me over, then the sleeping bag then the altitude hoody now I am all in getting my whole layering system through outdoor. I ride a drop bar mtb with 2.6” tires and have a dual suspension gravel bike and for my road centric I have a all r... more

Always a good listen, very informative and entertaining for sure. Their most recent pod cast about Hiking 20 miles a day was loaded with great tips on how to hike further. For the experienced hikers I’m sure there are a few things they can take that will help add a few extra miles onto their daily hike. And for the beginner and intermediate hikers this is loaded with great information. I will be definitely adding some of Outdoor Vitals strategies to go extra miles on my next hike.
