This pod is tonic for my mind, body, and soul.
Rachel’s advice to tackle worrying by using practical tools is spot-on for my life. She dissects the superficial symptoms and addresses the root causes of anxiety. She is an inspiration for many whom can help others move to a safe, peaceful place. She is an amazing teacher and life coach. I love her analogies in this podcast. The four steps are common sense for helping one take control.
Listened for the first time today. The delivery and content were fantastic.
