  • Great source of information!

When I first started diving down the lipedema rabbit hole, I came across the lipedema mama’s podcast and immediately was drawn in. Ashley and Shawn or so down to earth and so relatable. I feel like I am sitting on the patio with them having a conversation. The speakers they have interviewed have given me so much information in which to navigate this new revelation of a lipedema diagnosis. Thank you so much for raising awareness and helping so many of us understand lipedema..

  • Excellent content

Content and hosts are great! So much helpful information!

However the podcast quality is rough. Speech cuts out all the time and the ads cut into the middle of a question.

Wish it was more pleasant to listen to because I have learned a lot!

  • One big ad with medical misinformation

I gave this podcast 2 tries. It appears to be a running ad for products and services as there are ads at the beginning and in the middle of the podcast: very disingenuous. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of the one guest who had her lipedema fitness program…that is very sad and unfortunate news. However, listening to her podcast and looking up her instagram, I found little ... more

  • Super informative

I really love this podcast. I’ve learnt so much from Shawn and Ashley. One star taken because the quality of the recording is hard to listen to sometimes. Some episodes sound like everyone has a lisp.
