I really can’t say enough good things about this podcast. Diving into the lipedema world is so overwhelming. These ladies provide valuable information that is clear and easy to implement. But more than that, they make me feel like I’m not alone on this journey. Thank you for putting your hearts into this work. I am truly grateful.
When I first started diving down the lipedema rabbit hole, I came across the lipedema mama’s podcast and immediately was drawn in. Ashley and Shawn or so down to earth and so relatable. I feel like I am sitting on the patio with them having a conversation. The speakers they have interviewed have given me so much information in which to navigate this new revelation of a lipedema diagnosis. Thank you so much for raising awareness and helping so many of us understand lipedema..

However, listening to her podcast and looking up her instagram, I found little ... more
I really love this podcast. I’ve learnt so much from Shawn and Ashley. One star taken because the quality of the recording is hard to listen to sometimes. Some episodes sound like everyone has a lisp.
