  • Miserable

    The hosts do a good job thoroughly researching topics about work, changes in work, etc. However, it seems every single show has depressing undertones. There are fascinating dynamics happening across the US and world, but this podcast seems to focus the majority of its attention on the negative impact to people, the economy, increases in unemployment, etc. tried to listen to many episodes, but found it so sad.

  • Thought provoking without preaching

    I have only listened to a couple of the Work in Progress episodes as of this review, but I must say that every speaker has asked insightful and poignant questions about the subject and covered multiple perspectives without shutting down any single opinion. This podcast is completely transparent; it does not depend on hooks or clickbait to draw the listener in to an empty topic. Quite the opposite.
