Love the interviews and women you host here. You are a bright star of authenticity and I always leave with a sense of encouragement and comradery in motherhood! We are doing it! Thank you!
I’ve really enjoyed this show but in the past few episodes have come away somewhat disheartened instead of uplifted. It feels like it is a lot of saying motherhood is hard and a struggle and I get that part but it just feels like in recent episodes it has reached a crescendo. I know the host is at the stage where the first two feel somewhat overwhelming but please stop with the trend of complaining about how hard motherhood is. When my SIL sent me this podcast I thought I’d give it a try. One episode and I’m hooked. Katie is an excellent host who balances holding space with her guests and bringing her own motherhood journey to the table. She’s also interviewing all the people I want to hear more from on the topics I’m most interested in- her pulse is on the money.
Kinda rambly, kind of has an energy of giving “hot takes” that feel lukewarm.
Each episode gives such a good, encouraging and personal message to me as a mom. I appreciate the wisdom of each of the guests. Highly recommend as accompaniment on the journey and vocation as wife and mother.
