These episodes are absolutely exceptional! I was never involved with Lularoe, as their clothing is not my style. But I remember it taking over so many of my stay-at-home Mom’s friends lives and social media feeds. I’ve loved the documentaries and backstories.
I just get lost in all the other MLM/cult stories. They don’t have the same impact or hold my interest (particularly soooo many Amway stories). But thank you for raising awareness & giving voice to those who, sadly, have been victims to... more
Thank you for providing a platform for people to tell their stories about how they were taken advantage of when they were vulnerable and help them find healing from the damage done by insidious systems. Roberta’s authenticity is what makes this show work and makes people feel safe to talk about things that are uncomfortable and sometimes shame based or embarrassing. There’s a reason this is a long standing podcast in the antiMLM space.
