  • More Leftist Commentary

Sorry to say, but this newscast is not much different in tone and content than what is already pushed out on the 5 major media networks that support the Democratic Party and in particular, self-acknowledged Communist Bernie Sanders. It’s far too left leaning for my news needs and interests, and does little to promote a good working relationship, non-biased discussion, and compromise within our government.

How Ticketmaster Made It Impossible To Sue Them
Q: Why should the average ticket holder care about forced arbitration?
Even if someone may not care about their legal rights, the existence of arbitration clauses allows companies like Ticketmaster to operate without accountability, leading to increased fees and scams.
How Ticketmaster Made It Impossible To Sue Them
Q: So what can be done about the ticket cartel and the larger problem of companies forcing you to give away your legal rights?
The issue is far from settled, and there are ongoing efforts, including congressional bills like the Fair Act, to prohibit forced arbitration in cases that involve workers and consumers.
Executive Disorder (With Keith Ellison)
Q: What three things would you change if you could?
Aggressive antitrust enforcement, increased taxes on the richest to fund education and social services, and a focus on more effective voter engagement, not just fundraising.
Executive Disorder (With Keith Ellison)
Q: What is your take on the dissatisfaction with the Democratic Party?
Ellison believes people are disappointed as the party often fails to fight hard enough for workers and the environment, unlike Republicans who aren't seen as supportive either.
Executive Disorder (With Keith Ellison)
Q: What power do the states have to prevent against or mitigate Trump's military deployments to cities, like if they come to Minneapolis?
Ellison explains that Trump must prove an emergency to deploy the National Guard, which he cannot factually justify. State Attorneys General are prepared to take legal action against such deployments.
