I love the episode with Dr. Lori Mize! She is a great teacher and advocate for pelvic health. I was lucky enough to take a pelvic course with her as the instructor. She is a wealth of knowledge.

  • Great podcast, relevant topics

The topics are all very relevant and there’s a lot of useful information i have been able to apply.

I will say one annoying/frustrating thing is that Leah is often interrupted and her thought is finished for her. And Leah says “mmhm” incessantly and it can be a tad bit distracting 😬

  • Biased Observer

First of all, I am completely biased. I am a co-owner of the counseling practice that Jen and Leah work at, Restored Life Counseling. That being said, I have had a front row seat watching these AMAZING women changes lives by following their calling! I can’t wait to see the lives that will be changed by these podcasts!!
