This is simply a long pitch for a bunch of paid courses and methods. Which is a shame as the presenters are charming.
This podcast helps you figure out what’s going on in your life when you’re new to ethical non-monogamy and get confused! The worksheets are somewhat helpful, at least the first one you should do, which helps you figure out what type of ENM you’re looking for from Poly to swinging. One suggestion, instead of asking generally, what do you want? You should provide a list with some sort of scoring. A lot of people probably don’t think about some things that they may want or not want.
