I’ve been following the Raspy Dispatcher page for a while now on TikTok! I love that there is someone that I can finally relate to and understands what I’m thinking! All of my friends think I’m insane when I speak in 10 codes instead of English haha.
This pod cast provides so much information about and in the field. If you want to be a dispatcher this is a great resource. If you are a dispatcher this is a FANTASTIC resource. Thank you for your podcast and YouTube channel it truly served as a phenomenal resource during my hiring process! I start orientation Monday and because of your podcast I feel more encouraged and confident!
This was a good and encouraging episode. But it isn't helpful for CA specifically Bay area people. I applied for Dispatch, completed the 75 page application and 39 page background. I actually disclosed something that was expunged from my record over 10 years ago just bein... more

Thank you for being a voice to so many 911 operators! Love listening to the different guest and learning from each one of them.
I absolutely love getting to listen to people in the field. I am currently in the application/hiring process of joining an agency in dispatching. I love hearing the tips and tricks, the first hand experience, all of it. It has made me so excited to get in that headset and be able to put everything into practice as a shift worker. Ashley has given me so much assistance with going through the application process I am just extremely grateful!
Topics are on point! Love!
