I’m a 24 year old single mother with bipolar, now so many friends have suggested podcasts but I’ve always been unsure, but after trying this…wow. I’m hooked, and it’s the comfort of knowing you’re not alone with your feelings and in some sense validates a lot of thoughts we all get with bipolar. Highly recommend
