  • Episode On chronic fatigue maintains blame on sufferers

Unfortunately the episode on chronic fatigue maintains the wrong historical view that chronic fatigue is somehow of the sufferer’s making or a psychological complaint. Very disappointing that no effort has been made to distinguish post-viral chronic fatigue from other types of fatigue syndromes. It unfortunately perpetuates the stigma of suffering from the sudden and unexpected onset of post-viral chronic fatigue following viral exposure to EBV or CMV.

  • Good podcast

I’m really enjoying these podcasts as am very interested in CBT. I mainly listen at bedtime. But Dr Lucy Maddox has a really nice soporific voice so I sometimes drift off to sleep whilst listening (this is not a criticism!)...
