Sophia goes to the beach to watch men adjust themselves and finds a kind friend while Rose's teddy bear is held hostage.
On this episode of the podcast, we review the most infamous episode of The Golden Girls, Empty Nests.
It's a flashback episode. As the girls prepare for a friend's(?) surprise birthday party, they flashback to previous notable birthdays.
There are some new men in the neighborhood...the police! And they're hoping to use the girls' house in their undercover sting operation. There's some romance, some shootings, some farts. This episode has it all.

It’s hard to express my level of excitement for this project. In fact, other than my own productions, I can’t think of a podcast I’d be more excited about hearing it’d launched. Danny, Beth, Corey and Tawny are just the right mix to discuss this great series and highlight the changes and similarities between the 80’s and today. Can’t wait for the next episode.
Unless you have a need to listen to annoyingly incessant giggling and the word ‘like’ repeated times 10,000 times.
I love when they tell personal side stories. The whittling and Don’t Hover stories had me LOL
I actually really love your show, and hope you come back. But, the men co hosts seriously need to lighten up... it’s the Golden Girls, you know? Anyone rating episodes a D, doesn’t get. So don’t over think the show, and enjoy.
If you are a huge Golden Girls fan, steer clear of this podcast. This podcast is more for people new to the show. If you are super fan, check out Enough Wicker.
