    Sarah’s podcast is exceptionally engaging because of the energy ,authenticity and her professional experience with dealing with codependency.

    This podcast is fun and lighthearted yet deals with serious relationship dysfunctionality. I can’t recommend it highly enough as a means to better understand what it is to have a healthy relationship and how to go about doing so.
