I’ve been on a deep dive for years trying to figure out why I feel and act the way I do. This show is one of MANY I have listened to for years. I have to say Sarah and Finn give the most amount of information in the shortest amount of time that is doable. It definitely helps that they are funny and warm. Keep them coming!!!!
