  • An ease into a healthier lifestyle

    My friend posted that her sister was starting a podcast on the EXACT thing I was looking for. It’s been so help. Every night I was snacking and eating my feelings that it became my habit.

    I found a cookbook that has similar ideas for high protein meals and my sugar cravings are virtually gone. My bodies becoming more toned, I have more energy and my ADD symptoms aren’t as strong so I’m not taking my medicine as much. I shared it with my sis today. Thank you so much for doing this!
